Investigations: As a licensed and bonded investigator, Eli provides a full range of thorough and professional investigative services to meet the needs of attorneys, businesses, and individuals. Trained in the mid-1990's at the California Appellate Project, Eli began freelance work assisting attorneys with death penalty appeals, and expanded his investigation practice to include numerous types of criminal defense and civil cases.
